By enrolling in a course, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions presented in this document. Access to the platform's content is conditional upon full acceptance of these terms.
Users have the right to access the courses they have enrolled in, download supporting materials, and participate in interactive activities associated with each learning module.
In the event of a breach of these obligations, EduTech reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user's access without prior notice.
EduTech makes every effort to ensure the correct and continuous operation of the platform, but cannot guarantee the total absence of technical errors or temporary interruptions. In such situations, we will act diligently to remedy the issues.
The course content is provided for informational and educational purposes. EduTech offers no implied warranties regarding the practical applicability of the knowledge acquired in specific contexts. Each user is responsible for how they apply the information received.
To the extent permitted by law, EduTech's liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform is limited to the value of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months.
The prices of courses and subscriptions are clearly displayed on the site before the purchase is completed. All payments are made in lei (RON) through the secure payment methods provided on the platform.
Users benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation. A full refund is granted if access to the course has not been activated. After activation, the refund is granted proportionally to the unused period.
For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellation can be made at any time, and access remains valid until the end of the current billing period.
EduTech reserves the right to periodically update these terms of use to reflect legislative or operational changes. Users will be informed at least 30 days before the changes come into effect, via email or a notification on the platform.
Continued use of the services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If the user does not agree with the changes, they may cancel the service before the established deadline.
The user may request the deletion of their account and cessation of service use at any time, provided all outstanding financial obligations are settled. After account deletion, access to courses and materials is permanently revoked.
EduTech may suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, without being obliged to refund sums already paid. In such situations, the user will be notified in writing, and the decision may be contested within 15 days at the email address: info@yuvakoyu.com.
